THREE & EASY

An amalgam of three seasoned musicians from the Hastings area, Three & Easy features Paul Huggett (Centre pic) on electro acoustic guitar and vocals, with his sometimes humorous, sometimes cynical or worldly-wise original songs to the fore. Ace harp player Jim Westlake contributes some great blues tinged harmonica work, additional percussion and harmony vocals as well as some songs of his own, and “Woody” – he of the colourful shirts – provides a cajon beat to their songs, as well as additional guitar, ukulele and a fine line in choice covers and extra vocal power generally. Between them, they have been in numerous local bands over the years, including No Limit, One More Shot, and the Rhythm Doctors (Paul), Ocean Deep, Chicago Line, and Bad Whiskey (Jim), and Mojo Calling and Uke & Party, as well as various solo projects (Woody).
