The Pig, Hastings, is a great little seafront Pub and bar that serves proper home-cooked food including highly-rated Sunday lunches. They also have a great tradition of live music and DJ nights, with two rooms (the front bar and a rear function space) that have stages and PA/lighting rigs.
The bar is well-stocked with decent pints at sensible prices.
