More than a sound bath, this is an invitation to pause, reconnect and experience something a little different.

Join Hazel from Hazeology Healing for a deeply nourishing Sound Journey, where therapeutic sound, intuitive energy work and channeled voice come together to create a unique experience of rest, connection and inner exploration.

Unlike a traditional sound bath, each Hazeology Sound Journey unfolds intuitively. There is no fixed sequence or predetermined experience. Hazel works with the energy of the room, allowing the sounds, rhythms and vibrations to guide the journey.

You’ll be invited to lie down, get comfortable and simply receive as the sounds of crystal singing bowls, gong, drum, chimes, rain instruments and voice move through the space.

Alongside the instruments, Hazel weaves in intuitive energy work and spontaneous, channeled song, responding to what she senses within the group. Moments of powerful vibration may give way to gentle stillness, allowing space for reflection, emotional release or simply deep rest.

What can you expect?

A welcoming, supportive space where nothing is expected of you. You don’t need any previous experience of sound healing, meditation or energy work.

People experience sound journeys differently. You may feel deeply relaxed, notice sensations in your body, experience emotions or imagery, or simply enjoy an opportunity to switch off from the outside world.

At the end of the journey, there is time to gently return, with an optional oracle card and intuitive guidance for those who feel drawn to receive it.
