He has also contributed his unique guitar playing style to various projects, adding banjo, guitar & harmonies on the Spiritualized album, Sweet Heart Sweet Light, touring with Jimmy Webb & The Webb Brothers to playing as part of Damon Albarn’s Africa Express collective. Romeo is currently putting the finishing touches to a new Magic Numbers album due to be released early next year. “Playing solo shows is a really fun way for me to connect with fans of the band in an intimate setting. I just love the spontaneous nature of it all, from taking song requests, impromptu covers, sharing new songs, audience duets. It’s equally beautiful and chaotic, just like life really.”
