THE ALBION, HASTINGS
A trip to Hastings wouldn’t be complete without a visit to The Albion in George Street.
The pub offers a heady mix of cosiness, gastro-pub pies, decent beers and great live music from a stage that packs a real punch in terms of sound quality.
To catch the sun head to the Marine Parade entrance where there are plenty of benches.
Dogs are more than welcome (bowls of water and biscuits at the bar), the atmosphere is friendly, and the staff couldn’t be more helpful if they tried.
The Albion is good at publishing regular events on their FaceBook page as well as providing news updates about what’s happening.

Beer and cider
The Albion specialises in great local beers and ciders from breweries in the region.

Food
The Albion is famed for its pie menu, and lays claim to serving the best in Sussex – you decide for yourself.

Music
Music runs through the fabric of the building, and The Albion is at the heart of the local music scene. Events are free entry and worth way more.

The Venue

It has an excellent PA with good quality equipment and professional engineers on hand.
