After a year’s absence the 12th HASTINGS FAT TUESDAY MUSIC FESTIVAL is just around the corner….
And how we’ve missed this 5 day merry-go-round of mayhem!

FRIDAY 25TH FEBRUARY

5pm:
The weekend kicks off with McNiff’s folk Sundowner, featuring JASON MCNIFF of course, with this week’s guest JASMINE ROGERS
8.30pm:
THE FABULOUS RED DIESEL bring their off-the-wall jazz-fusion; funky mayhem, flute and sparkly tuba soul

Saturday 26th

SATURDAY UNPLUGGED!
Make sure you come out for the townwide, multi-venue Unplugged Tour. For our part we’re thrilled to be hosting the following acts:

1.00pm: HASTINGS PUNK CHOIR
1.30pm: IRISH PASSPORT BAND
2.00pm: CABOOSE
2.30pm: SAVAGE 2nd LINE
3.00pm: FRANK FROM BLUE VELVET
3.30pm: SOME RABBITS
4.00pm: CLAIRE NICHOLSON
4.30pm: SUGAR LOAF BAND
5.00pm: THE WOTS DUO
5.30pm: DANNY GEORGE WILSON

8.00pm:
After the Unplugged Tour SNIPIT AND THE HOTROCKS are back with us to get ya all up on ya feet and dancing with their original party tunes

3.00pm:
ENJOYABLE LISTENS
If you’ve ever wondered what a “bloodstained fur coat floating on the undulating beat of street talk” would sound like if it could sing then come along and find out. And if you haven’t, which is likely the case, come along anyway – you won’t be disappointed!

5.00pm:
Straight after that there’ll be music be to shake your bones to…. we’re thrilled to welcome back JO CARLY AND THE OLD DRY SKULLS and their unique blend of voodoo rhythms of 1930’s, ska, calypso and the blues with old timey vaudaville cabaret!

MONDAY 28th FEBRUARY

we take a break, play some darts, recover before………………………….
*drum roll, fanfare, fireworks etc*………..
