📣 SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT: GAYE BYKERS ON ACID to play The Piper on 9th May
⚡Grebo punk trailblazers formed in 1985. One of the first bands to fuse rocking riffs with hip-hop beats, they stormed festival bills across the world, played with The Cult at Madison Square Gardens, supported The Ramones and released half a dozen albums before self-destructing in an explosion of hedonism and hectic living.
🌀 Mary Byker went on to play with Pigface, Apollo 440 and PWEI.
🧨 The band reformed in 2016 and buoyed by the positive response, Robber, Kev & Mary Byker kept rocking. We can’t wait to have them play at The Piper!
