Thanks to the creative vision of award-winning director Ross Drury and our team of talented local actors, our production tells many Christmas stories through the eyes of the three Christmas Spirits.

About ‘Mini Playhouse’:

Award-winning production company Spun Glass Theatre will bring their unique approach to early-years performance, storytelling and play to the launch of their NEW children’s theatre in Hastings – a safe creative space designed for babies, toddlers and young children.

Following on from the success of their pop-up venue ‘Play Place’ in St Leonards earlier this year, the team have been working hard behind the scenes to design and deliver an inspiring space where the youngest children can experience the magical world of theatre and performing arts for the first time. This is a safe, welcoming, judgement-free space where families can experience live performances, workshops and free play sessions.

We’ve designed a warm and welcoming space for young families to enjoy! Facilities include:

– Baby changing toilets and space for buggies.
- Sensory wall.
– Safe, soft flooring for crawling, rolling and toddling.
- Our team are here to understand and support families so they feel comfortable attending Mini Playhouse with their little ones – breastfeeding, baby crying, changing and tantrums are fully expected.
- Play Cafe with drinks, snacks and ice cream available.
- Library, toys, and book nook with a lovely seaside view.
