STRUCTURES
The air is chilly. Dark and romantic. A haunting wave hits the banks of a port in North Europe in a winter’s sunny evening. Colorful sails slice the blue sky. The movie is in black and white obviously. A murmur is heard at the beach. The water pulls back and, all the sudden, a giant wave grows. A tsunami will strike and devastate with all the power and energy that is capable of, taking with it everything we know: the vestiges of an already destroyed world, Manchester’s scene from the late 70’s, the enthusiastic 2000’s in New York. We think of Eiffel, Le Corbusier and Perret. It’s about a percussive reconstruction with the rhythm of a military march, a bombardment.

KLING KLANG
An artrock synthesizer band influenced by krautrock / noise / experimental / stoner music such as Neu!, Black Sabbath, Suicide and Trans Am.

The band are currently touring in support of their new single, Half Life, and the rerelease of their critically acclaimed LP, The Esthetik Of Destruction. Recently reformed with a new lineup featuring Joe McLaughlin and George McFall, alongside Tim Cedar and Jon Hamilton from Part Chimp.
